The Minister of Water Resources Sarah Ochekpe says the efforts of the Government, Non-Governmental Organisations and Donor Agencies to provide access to water and sanitation for the population are yet to yield sustainable results as forty percent of Nigerians do not have access to water.<\/p>\n

The French Ambassador who also spoke at a Round Table Discussion on Water in Abuja, are in perfect agreement that as much as Nigerians have a right to water, they should be ready to pay for it.<\/p>\n
