Juan Mata has been named Chelsea\u2019s Players\u2019 Player of the Year for the current season.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old\u2019s spectacular form this campaign, which has seen him score 19 times and provide 28 assists, ensured that he landed the award for the second year running.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to say thank you to all of my team-mates,\u201d he told the audience at the event.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel very proud to play for a team like Chelsea with all these amazing players, so it\u2019s a thank-you to them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have 24 or 25 top players and any one of them could have been the winner.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nathan Ake was adjudged as the Young Player of the Year, while Oscar\u2019s stunner against Juventus in the Champions League, won Goal of the season.<\/p>\n
