The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos on Friday voided the judgment of Lagos High Court, Ikeja, which awarded a N25 million compensation to comic actor Babatunde Omidina aka Baba Suwe for detaining him for several days in 2011.<\/p>\n

The Court said the lower court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the matter.<\/p>\n
