Nigerian sprinter Blessing Okagbare is delighted over her form since the season began.<\/p>\n

During IAAF Diamond League at Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, Oregon, USA, last Saturday,\u00a0 the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games gold medallist\u00a0 came\u00a0 second with 10.75 in the women\u2019s 100m behind Jamaica\u2019s Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce,\u00a0 who finished in 10.75.<\/p>\n

After the Oregon meet, Nigerian queen of the tracks said she was impressed by her performance, including placing second in long jump at the IAAF Diamond League in Doha, Qatar on May 10.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was really amazing and huge for me and overall, the season is going really great for me including practice and even though initially I didn\u2019t know what I was expecting but I wasn\u2019t expecting anything less than this and am just grateful to God that everything is going on well,\u201d StarAfrica<\/i> quoted Okagbare\u00a0 as saying.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old won silver in the 100m during the last African Games in Benin where she dropped her 2010 title to Gabon\u2019s Ruddy Zang Milama.<\/p>\n
