The Nigeria Government says it plan to privatize ten Power Stations across the Country as part of its effort to Guaranttee an effective and sustainable Power Supply for the people of Nigeria.<\/p>\n

The Investment Opportunity was announced at an Investor Relations event held in New York<\/p>\n

The Power Stations are located in Abia, Edo, Cross River, Imo, Bayelsa, Kogi, Delta, Ogun, Rivers, and Ondo State.<\/p>\n

Managing Director and CEO of Niger Delta Power Holding Company of Nigeria James Olutu said eighty percent of shares in the ten Power Plants are to be sold to Investors providing an Oppourtnity for Growth.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the Event, the Minister of Power Chinedu Nebo said the Privatization offers International Investors an opportunity to be a part of a great Economic Revolution comparable to that of the Telecommunications Sector in Nigeria.<\/p>\n
