\u00a0<\/strong>President Goodluck Jonathan has expressed shock and sadness at the news of the death of Senator Pius Ewherido Yesterday\u00a0 June 30 at the National Hospital; Abuja.<\/p>\n

Adviser to the President on Media and\u00a0 in a statement signed by the Special Publicity Reuben Abati, President Jonathan condoled with\u00a0 Senator Ewherido\u2019s Family, the Senate President David Mark and the Senator\u2019s Colleagues in the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly.<\/p>\n

He commended the late Senator for serving commendably as Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly before coming to represent the Delta Central Senatorial District after the 2011 General Elections.<\/p>\n

He prayed that God will grant them the strength to bear the painful loss of the very Promising Politician at the young age of fifty.<\/p>\n
