If you are in the habit of skipping breakfast and going for brunch at break time in the office, you are advised to change the habit.<\/p>\n
A new research just published in the United States has highlighted the dangers with such eating behaviour.<\/p>\n
The researchers said men who skip breakfast may face a higher risk of heart attack or deadly heart disease. The conclusion was the result of a study of nearly 27,000 men. The researchers found that those who failed to eat in the morning had a 27 percent higher risk of heart attack or death from coronary heart disease than those who did.<\/p>\n
