A\u00a0 21-year old man, Lateef Sulaiman is facing \u00a0a four-count charge at the Special Offences Court\u00a0 sitting in Alausa in Ikeja \u00a0\u00a0 for allegedly raping mentally retarded women at the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Majidun area of Ikorodu, Lagos.
He was said to have scaled a 14-foot fence\u00a0 to gain \u00a0entrance into the female dormitory\u00a0 and paid N200 to have sex with the mad women who are being taken care of \u00a0at the state rehabilitation centre.
While\u00a0 \u00a0the parents of the accused claimed he was under the \u00a0influenced of drugs, which made him to \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0their home at Gbagada to faraway Majidun, \u00a0\u00a0Suaiman confirmed that he \u00a0jumped into the female dormitory \u00a0on five different occasions \u00a0before his arrest.
Although he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties, he could not meet the bail terms and was subsequently \u00a0\u00a0remanded at the Badagry Prison in Badagry area of the state.<\/p>\n
