All is now set for the burial of renowned evangelist and Executive Director of World Soul Winning Evangelistic Ministry (WOSEM) Apostle (Dr.) Timothy Oluwole Obadare, who died on March 21, 2013. He will be buried on August 17 in a rite of passage to kick off from August 8.<\/p>\n

Speaking with journalists in Lagos, the chairman, Burial Committee of the late evangelist, Pastor Paul Tunde Tioluwani, said Obadare would be buried after a burial service which kicked off at 10.00am at the WOSEM International Conference Grounds, Ilesha, Osun State while the outing service follows at noon on Saturday, August 17, 2013.<\/p>\n

Tioluwani said the burial programme would commence on Thursday, August 8, 2013 with a lying- in- state \/service of songs at the National Stadium, Surulere. Lagos between 12.00pm and 7.00pm.<\/p>\n

He said on Monday, August 12, 2013 there will be a commendation service\/ service of songs in all CAC Co-coordinating Council Headquarters at 4.00pm.<\/p>\n

According to Tioluwani, this will be followed on Thursday 15th August 2013 with a lying-in- state\/ service of songs at Koseunti Prayer Grounds, Opposite Oyemekun Grammar School Akure, Ondo State while there will also be a lying-instate between 12.00noon and 4.00pm as well as service of songs\/ Christian wake \u2013keep between 4.00pm and 7.00pm and a Praise Night from 7.00pm till dawn at the New WOSEM International Conference Ground, (WOSEM Shilo) Ileki Area Ilesa Osun state<\/p>\n

He said the final burial ceremony would be attended by the representatives of the Federal Government, the Six South-West governors, traditional rulers and men of God within and outside the country.<\/p>\n

He said there would be free transportation for people who want to attend the burial from various states, saying adequate security arrangement had also been put in place to ensure the safety of everybody present at the burial.<\/p>\n

Tioluwani said a Mausoleum was being put together at WOSEM Grounds, Ilesha, saying it is a state of the art building that will be a tourist attraction. \u201cIt is going to be a new Jerusalem of some sort and it contains a section where the audio and video record of Obadare\u2018s preaching while alive are available,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He explained that a small chapel is attached to the Mausoleum for people from far and near who may want to come there to offer prayers and that it will be commissioned on the day of burial. Obadare died at the age of 83 and was survived by his wife, Evangelist E.A.<\/p>\n

Obadare, six children, many grandchildren and great grand-children. He will be buried in his home town, Ilesha.<\/p>\n
