Deputy Speaker of the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Inuwa Sule Udi, is dead.Udi died in Kano\u00a0on Thursday\u00a0night while travelling to Ringim, Jigawa, his home state.<\/p>\n

\u00a0It was learnt that the car conveying the 52-year-old was involved in an accident in Jogana Village along Kano-Hadejia Road.The late Udi had been a lawmaker in the state, representing Ringim Constituency at the state Assembly since 1999. He was elected Deputy Speaker after the 2003 elections and has retained the office ever since.<\/p>\n

He is survived by two wives and some children.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
