The Kano\u00a0\u00a0State Government said it had commenced a two-day Immunisation Plus Days in 16 Local Government Areas.<\/p>\n

The Public relations officer in the ministry said this when he spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano on Saturday.<\/p>\n

He said that children in the 16 Local Governments would be immunised in the two-day exercise.<\/p>\n

Garba also said that the Commissioner for Health, Dr Abubakar Labaran, charged all the affected local government interim officers to ensure total compliance.<\/p>\n

The commissioner also urged parents to ensure that their children received the immunisation in all the affected areas.<\/p>\n

Some of the ad hoc workers, who spoke to NAN in some local governments, revealed that the exercise had been “hitch free\u2019\u2019 so far.<\/p>\n
